About Rob

With 23 yearsexperience in driver development, I am a Grade A Approved Driving Instructor (ADI) who has worked across all areas of training — from supporting potential driving instructors to delivering advanced coaching built around recognised bestpractice standards. I am trained to Police Roadcraft Advanced standard, a qualified bluelight emergency driver holding the Certificate in Emergency Response Ambulance Driving (CERAD), and I also hold the Diploma in Emergency Response Ambulance Driving Instruction (DERADI). These qualifications reflect a longstanding commitment to safe, systematic, and professional driving.

After more than two decades in the industry, I started my business because I recognised a real need for honest, structured, evidencebased driver assessment and coaching. Many drivers dont simply need lessons — they need clarity, insight, and practical guidance that helps them understand their behaviour, improve their decisionmaking, and become safer, more confident drivers. My aim has always been to provide genuine value and meaningful improvement, rather than a generic or one‑size‑fitsall approach.

I continue to offer this work because helping people improve their driving — whether for personal development, confidence, or legal reasons — is incredibly rewarding. Seeing someone gain understanding, make progress, and feel more in control is what motivates me every day.

Looking ahead, my focus is on continuing to deliver highquality, professional driver development, expanding the resources available to drivers, and ensuring that anyone who needs structured, supportive training can access it.

Outside of work, I enjoy gardening, watching films, and walking the dog — simple, grounding hobbies that help me unwind and recharge.
